In order to use this program you must adhere to all of the following:
* A valid e-mail address must be provided which Blue Stakes will use to send vital information regarding the request including a ticket confirmation.
* Markings are typically completed within two (2) business days after receiving an e-mail confirmation.
* Requests received by Blue Stakes after 2:00 p.m. may be processed on the next business day.
* The area to be marked must be accessible (free from animals and locked gates) for two (2) business days from the date the e-mail confirmation is received.
* Marking instructions are limited to: "Entire Lot", "Front of Lot" or "Rear of Lot" and Road Excavation. Excavation sites requiring additional marking instructions will need to be processed via Remote or Quick Ticket Entry applications or by calling 811.
* Requests are not valid until e-mail confirmation is received.
* The party doing the actual excavation (homeowner or contractor) must create a locate request in their name.
* If your request cannot be processed by Blue Stakes in compliance with all of the above guidelines, exit this program and call 811 to continue with your request.
* If your request does not meet all of the above stated guidelines, your request will be aborted without notice.
